Refund policy

If your Fragance D'Luxe product does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order - as long as they have not been used or removed from the original packaging.

All of our diffusers have a warranty for the first 6 months that covers any factory defect. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for equipment damaged due to negligence.

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  This will be deducted from the final amount of your refund.

All Fragance D'Luxe products can be exchanged for any other available on our website.
